As President & CEO, Lex Reddy is involved in the operations of the corporate office of Prime Healthcare Services as well as ALL the hospitals and facilities of Prime Healthcare Services.

Lex Reddy was born in India and immigrated to United States in 1985. A banker by profession, Lex Reddy, pursued career in healthcare administration in United States. He has Bachelors in Business Administration from California Baptist University and Masters in Business Administration (1990) and Masters in Health Administration from California State University, San Bernardino (1995).

Lex Reddy strongly believes in active physician participation for the financial success of a hospital. His philosophy is to provide cost-effective clinical driven quality healthcare producing best patient outcomes and optimal financial results. Under his leadership, Desert Valley Hospital has achieved a turnaround with improved efficiencies in vital areas like emergency department, decreasing inpatient lengths of stay and implementation of latest state-of-the art technologies.

Lex Reddy is Board member of the Desert Valley Charitable Foundation and the Victor Valley College Foundation. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the Healthcare Executives of Southern California.

Lex Reddy lives in Apple Valley, California with his wife and two daughters.
