Lewis N. Segall is a partner in the Corporate Department of our Boston office. Mr. Segall s practice is focused on a number of transactional areas on behalf of public and private companies in a variety of industries, including advertising, health care, renewable energy, communications, defense, manufacturing, market research, software and secured and unsecured credit transactions. He also provides general corporate guidance to emerging and established companies. He has been involved in fund formations, private equity and debt financings, joint ventures, and domestic and international acquisitions and dispositions of varying structures on both the buy and sell sides.
