Prior to joining Parker Poe, Lewis Levy served as general counsel to the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority for 25 years. During that time, he represented the Authority and assisted bond counsel, underwriters and developers with low-income tax credit and single-family and multi-family bond transactions.
Drawing on his extensive experience, Mr. Levy assists clients seeking to utilize South Carolina's tax-exempt bond program and the federal low-income housing tax credit program to finance housing developments.
