Lew Ferguson has served on our Board of Directors since March, 2007. From 2004 to February 2007 he was general counsel of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. He was the first general counsel of PCAOB, a not-for-profit corporation chartered by the U.S. Congress as part of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 to oversee auditors of U.S. public companies. From 1998 to 2003 he was a partner at the law firm Williams & Connolly LLP specializing in corporate and business law matters. From 1994 to 1997 he was Senior Vice President and General Counsel and served on the board of Wright Medical Technology, Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of T.E.I. Biosciences, Inc., Zorch Software, and Impulse Monitoring. |
