Lev Volftsun is a communications software expert with twenty years of experience in the worldwide telecommunications market, is the co-founder of Washington Capital Ventures (WCV), and has served as its Managing Partner since the fall of 2001. Prior to launching WCV, Volftsun held the position of General Manager and Vice President of the Telephony Internet Services Unit at Cisco Systems from 1998 until late 2000.
