Ms. Woodworth’s practice focuses on construction litigation, and insurance defense work. She also has experience in personal injury defense and real estate litigation. Ms. Woodworth has experience in motions practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, retention of experts, witness preparation, and case management. Ms. Woodworth was admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 2006, and before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado in 2007. Ms. Woodworth received her Juris Doctor from the California Western School of Law in 2006 and her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2002. During law school, Ms. Woodworth was an extern to the Honorable Kathleen Thompson of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and a member of the Moot Court Honors Board. Prior to joining Hall & Evans Ms. Woodworth worked for an insurance defense litigation firm in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Ms. Woodworth is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. |
