Leslie Pickett joined Reiser Group as the Contracts and Finance Director in July 2006. She oversees agent contracts, commission disbursement and works closely with the California DRE for contract and licensure compliance for new home sales activity. Additionally, her responsibilities for the firm cover finance, human resources, risk management, Information Technology, escrow, facilities management, and general office management.

Prior to coming to Reiser Group, Leslie was the Sales System Administrator for D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilder in the United States. Before working at D.R. Horton, she was Escrow Administrator for two of the Bay Area’s largest resale brokerage firms -- Intero Real Estate Services and Alain Pinel Realtors, respectively. A licensed real estate professional, early in her career she worked for NEC Information, Apple Computer and National Semiconductor.

Leslie is active in her home community of 20 years. She is an American Red Cross Disaster volunteer and also managed scheduling of soccer fields, coaches, and age coordination for 2000+ youth soccer players for the Pleasanton Girls Soccer Association.
