Leslie has over 20 years business experience spanning senior corporate management, legal practice, consulting, and executive coaching. She is an expert in executive coaching, leadership development, and the human dynamics of change at individual and organizational levels. Her approach synthesizes leadership with people, culture and strategy to maximize client firm effectiveness. As a business attorney for both private firms and a Fortune 500 concern, she has counseled executives in a wide variety of industries. She has guided senior management teams through times of significant organizational change and has expertise in areas including: Leadership development Executive effectiveness Assessments Assimilation and retention Succession planning and high-potential associate development Organizational development Prior to her coaching and consulting emphasis, Leslie was managing VP, General Counsel, and a member of the board of directors of Click & Geddes Lumber Company, and a business attorney both for J.C. Penney Co. and in private practice. She has chaired and/or served as a member of several non-profit boards and is active in professional organizations and the community. Leslie earned her BA with Distinction in Sociology, as well as her JD, at the University of Colorado, and her Masters in Consulting & Coaching for Change at HEC Grande Ecoles/University of Oxford. She has completed Career Guidance and Counseling coursework at the University of Northern Colorado, and is also a Master Certified Coach. |
