Leslie Fenton leads the insurance investment banking practice for Navigant Capital Advisors. She has extensive experience in the insurance sector and has provided advisory services and access to capital to the industry since 1982, in both public and private markets. She has advised companies in property casualty and life markets, with special expertise in life, A&H, disability and worker's comp. and related services, technology and distribution companies. Ms. Fenton has advised on a wide range of transactions for US and foreign carriers and private equity investors. She has significant experience in advising on "lift out" transactions and structured transactions, working with private equity firms and public company boards of directors on specialty transactions for maximizing shareholder value and with regulators to effect transactions for the benefit of policyholders. |
