Ms. Gardner brings well over a decade of optical industry marketing experience from SOLA International, Inc. and SOLA Optical USA (AO SOLA) and over 25 years of business expertise from a variety of diverse industries to her role as a partner in Aligned Growth Partners. While at SOLA Ms.
Gardner held the positions of group vice president for strategic marketing, group vice president for new business development, and vice president of marketing, where she was responsible for worldwide marketing.
She has been an active member of both SOLA International and SOLA Optical USA executive committees accountable for new business and corporate strategic initiatives.
During her tenure at SOLA, Ms. Gardner was instrumental in more than tripling sales revenue, with double-digit growth that outpaced industry growth every year. She posted an excellent track record in identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing and launching new products, growing established businesses and building brand equity.
Ms. Gardner was an active member on the (industry) VICA and VCA PR and Strategic Communications Committees. Ms. Gardner graduated summa cum laude with a BS degree from SUNY Buffalo and earned an MBA with distinction from the Stern School of Business at NYU. |
