Leslie is an managing director at Eureka. She has 14 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, corporate restructuring and private equity experience. During her career, she has focused exclusively on the healthcare industry, building significant domestic and international deal experience. Abroad, she has led transactions in Central, Eastern and Western Europe, with over $175 million of invested capital in pharmaceutical clients. Prior to joining Eureka, she was a director of Arthur Andersen’s Healthcare Corporate Finance practice. Before Andersen, she was a principal of European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in London. She began her investment banking career as part of the Bear Stearns Pharmaceutical Corporate Finance team in New York. Leslie received her M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia University and her B.S. in Economics from Cornell University. She is a Registered Securities Principal (Series 24) and a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63) through the NASD. |
