As a longtime political news reporter, Lesley brings a strong background in writing, media and public policy to the Strategies 360 team. Lesley moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2006, after a decade as a daily newspaper reporter in the Midwest, covering local and state politics for the The Indianapolis Star, the Wisconsin State Journal and the State Journal-Register. Most recently, she was a business reporter for IntraFish Media, writing and editing seafood news for a global publication. She has a knack for the written word and an inherited love of politics - her mother is a longtime county board commissioner in Wisconsin. Lesley once biked 554 miles from Minneapolis to Chicago to raise money for AIDS research. It took six days, three flat tires, one broken chain and about 25 power bars.
