Leslee Temple, FASLA, is Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secreatry/Treasurer of NUVIS, a landscape architectural and site planning corporation based in Costa Mesa, Calif. In addition to managing select clients and projects, Ms. Temple is accountable for the financial, operational, business development/marketing and strategic planning of the firm, including the firm’s investment and 401k portfolios.
Ms. Temple joined NUVIS in 1978, became a partner and stockholder in 1984. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 1986. Established in 1971, NUVIS influences integrated design solutions for people, environments, and experiences. Ms. Temple holds the national CLARB registration and is licensed in seven states. She is a 1973 graduate of California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She was the first woman to serve as Vice President of Finance and then President of the Landscape Architecture Foundation.
Ms. Temple is the financial director and investment administrator for the local industry related CLASS Endowment Fund that distributes annual scholarships and grants. She oversees an independent financial/management consulting defined-benefit pension fund along with serving as general financial partner for four real estate LLCs.
Ms. Temple, who resides in Aliso Viejo, has attended the CBA Directors Certification Program and Update Session in addition to two years of the FDIC Directors College. |
