Lesa Francis joined CBS Personnel in 2006 as Chief Operating Officer with over 25 year of industry experience. Prior to joining CBS, Ms. Francis most recently held the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development and Operations at Spherion. In that position, she had national responsibility for their $1.5 billion Staffing and Workforce Management business. Prior to her 14 years at Spherion, Ms. Francis held various positions with Adia (now Adecco), from Branch Manager to Regional Vice President over her 7 years with the company. Originally a native of Kansas City, Ms. Francis received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from Northwest Missouri State University. Ms. Francis and her husband live in Atlanta, Georgia with their two sons. |
