Leonard Cox is responsible for leading the finance and administration functions at Infowave. Leonard was most recently the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Operations, and Corporate Secretary of Protox Therapeutics Inc. Prior to joining Protox, he was Vice President of Finance at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. While at Protox and Xenon, Leonard was actively involved in partnership deals, M&A and several equity financings and raising over CDN$100 million. Leonard has a BSc in Biochemistry and a BComm (Hons) from South Africa, and received his CA designations, both in South Africa (1994) and BC (1998). In addition, he is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. |
