Mr. Bertrand has experience in strategy development, applying decision analysis to risk management problems, evaluating R&D projects, and managing R&D portfolios. His clients include electric utilities, oil, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Bertrand led the development of R&D Decision Advisor and Decision Analyst s Workbench , industrial-scale systems that focus on R&D portfolio management and support decision analysis. In addition to project management, Mr. Bertrand s is experienced in training decision facilitators to perform project analyses and portfolio management and support executive decision-making. Mr. Bertrand received an MA and a degree of engineer in engineering-economic systems from Stanford University and a BA in administration and a BS in management sciences from the University of Ottawa. |
