Experience
Leonard "Steve" Goodman represents financial institutions and other lenders in need of his extensive expertise in banking, consumer credit, regulatory and commercial lending matters, including the design of novel consumer credit products in compliance with applicable law (For example, Steve was instrumental in creating the first home equity lines of credit and plain language consumer vehicle leases). His practice continues to involve cutting-edge consumer credit issues for local, regional and national lenders.
Professional Activities
Over the years, Steve has written and lectured extensively on consumer credit, leasing and privacy matters. He is a member of various bar association committees which focus on legal developments in the areas of banking and consumer credit.
Bar Admissions
Steve is admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and is a member of the American, Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, New Jersey and Camden Bar Associations.
Education
He earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University School of Law. While at Temple, he was admitted to the Temple Law Quarterly. |
