Leonard Klehr is a founding partner of the firm. He concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, finance, real estate development, capital formation, and debt restructuring.

His acknowledged legal skills and solid judgment are widely sought after by a variety of institutional and corporate clients, as well as successful entrepreneurs. When Mayor John Street was in office, Mr. Klehr was appointed co-chair of his transition team and at that time served as the chair of Mayor Street's Finance Committee. He is a board member of the Executive Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and is active in numerous other organizations which help shape the vision of Philadelphia and the region.
Mr. Klehr was named by other lawyers as one of Pennsylvania's top real estate lawyers in a survey conducted by the polling organization Law and Politics.
