Len focuses his practice on intellectual property and technology law. He prosecutes patent and trademark applications, and counsels clients on patent infringement, validity and related patent litigation claims. Len’s representative experience includes international and foreign patent proceedings, intellectual property licensing, and structuring and administering internal intellectual property programs for clients. He is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law, Ohio State Bar and American Intellectual Property Law Associations. Len was an engineer and project manager for Gould, Inc. before serving as senior counsel to Parker Hannifin Corporation. He was an associate attorney with the law firm of Renner, Otto, Boiselle & Sklar and then a partner with Rankin, Hill, Lewis & Clark. Len began his tenure with Calfee as a partner in 1997. |
