Mr. Hoskinson is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, was appointed Director of the Company in March 2000 and assumed the position of Secretary six months later. Mr. Hoskinson has been employed by the Company and its subsidiaries for over 16 years. Prior to that he had an international banking career specializing in ship finance spanning over 18 years and culminating as the Head of Shipping for Marine Midland Bank NA in New York (part of the HSBC banking group).
