Leonard J. Gatti joined Comcast in January 2003 and serves as Vice President- Financial Reporting of Comcast Corporation. In this capacity he oversees accounting and financial reporting both internal and external for the Company.
Prior to joining Comcast Mr. Gatti was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) serving clients in the firm's Technology Info-Com and Entertainment Industry Group. He spent 18 years with PwC in various offices including Washington D.C. Philadelphia and the firm's National Accounting and SEC office in Florham Park New Jersey.
He is a Certified Public Accountant is a member of the AICPA including a member of its Task Force on Cost Capitalization and the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Gatti holds a BS in Accounting from Villanova University. He lives with his wife and two children in the Philadelphia suburbs. |
