Leonard F. Helbig, III has been a director of the Company since August 1994. Since September 2002 he has served as a Director of Integra Realty Advisors in Philadelphia. Between 1980 and 2002 he was employed with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. From 1990 until 2002 Mr. Helbig served as President, Financial Services for Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. Prior to that and since 1984, Mr. Helbig was the Executive Managing Director of the Asset Services and Financial Services Groups of Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He was also a member of that firm's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Mr. Helbig is a member of the Urban Land Institute, the Pension Real Estate Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Helbig is a graduate of LaSalle University and holds the MAI designation of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers. |
