Leonard is an associate in the litigation group at Wendel Rosen. He has represented clients in many areas of civil litigation, including contract and lease disputes, business tort claims and other business-related matters. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, primarily in lease disputes and commercial tenant evictions, as well as general litigation. He assists commercial landlords in evicting tenants and obtaining court judgments for damages such as lost rent. Leonard has also represented and advised tenants, including office, retail and restaurant tenants, regarding breach of lease and other disputes with landlords.
