Leo has served as a board member of Fort Knox National Company since July 2001. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial analysis and restructuring and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Westcom, a portfolio Company of One Equity Partners, a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase. Prior to joining Westcom, Leo was at AlixPartners, a turnaround and restructuring firm based in Southfield Michigan. While at AlixPartners, Leo served in various financial roles for engagements such as US FoodService, DVI, Inc. ANC Rental and WorldCom. Prior to joining AlixPartners, Leo served as CFO for a variety of private equity sponsored public and private companies such as VarTec Telecom, Darwin Networks, Managed Comp, Vencor, Chi-Chi's, and CompDent. Leo practiced public accounting at KPMG and Ernst and Young and is a certified public accountant licensed in Kentucky. Leo earned a BSC in Economics from the University of Louisville and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. |
