Leo graduated from Western Wisconsin Technical Institute with an Associate of Applied Science degree as a Programmer Analyst. In 1988, Leo began programming for Housing Data Specialists, Inc. where he designed a tenant and financial accounting system. He quickly became aware of the software needs of the subsidized housing industry. Beginning in 1990, Leo began developing the software that would become the foundation for Housing Data Systems, Inc. Ever since, Leo has been involved with its design and programming. Currently, Leo maintains the existing Windows based software, provides technical support, installs new clients, and provides follow up client visits and training. Leo enjoys traveling and seeing the sites this country has to offer. He is an avid outdoors person who enjoys biking, canoeing, hiking, and camping. Playing cards is one of his favorite indoor activities. |
