Mr. Hart, Chairman and Director of USpersonnel, has served in such capacities since the acquisition of the company’s business in 1996 by the Brae Group, Inc. Mr. Hart is Managing Director of Brae Capital Corporation, a private investment and business acquisition firm located in New York City, which maintains financial and operating interests in a broad array of industries. Previously, Mr. Hart served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Brae Group, Inc., a Texas-based capital firm.
Previously, Mr. Hart served in various capacities at Swiss Army Brands, Inc. He was recruited as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing and then held the position of Co-Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer until December 1995, at which time he was appointed to lead Brae Group, Inc., the largest shareholder of Swiss Army Brands, Inc.
Mr. Hart currently serves as a Director of Victory Ventures, LLC; a Director of Victorinox Swiss Army Knife Foundation, a charitable organization; and a Board member of the Bob Chandler Foundation and the Dan Jansen Foundation. |
