Dr. Trevino joined Inspire in September 2004. As Director, Analytical Chemistry he is responsible for analytical chemistry activities for drug substance and drug product for the various development programs. Prior to joining Inspire, Dr. Trevino was employed by IMCOR Pharmaceutical Co. and Alliance Pharmaceutical Corp. where he held the positions of Sr. Director, Quality Control/Analytical Development and Sr. Director, Product R&D. Over his 16-year career he has been responsible for directing the scientific and operational aspects of analytical and formulation development for multiple product development programs in the therapeutic and diagnostic areas of cardiology, radiology and respiratory medicine. There he participated in the submission and approval of two NDAs and several INDs for various products. Dr. Trevino holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and earned his Ph.D. from the department of chemistry at L'Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis in France. His research focus was in the domain of the stabilization of colloidal drug delivery systems. |
