Mr. Nergaard joined Greenhill in 2006. Leiv was most recently Senior Adviser to Norsk Hydro's Corporate Management (since 2003) and has previously served the company as President of Norsk Hydro Germany (2002-2003) and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (1991-2002). In total, he has served Norsk Hydro in various capacities for 38 years. He is the Chairman of Storebrand ASA and Storebrand Liv AS and a member of the Board of Directors of Yara International ASA and Tinfos AS. Liev also serves on the Board of the Norwegian German Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Nomination Committee of the Norwegian Swedish Chamber of Commerce and is the Council Director for the European Council of Chief Financial Officers. |
