Leigh Middleditch is a Vice President in the State Government Relations Group with McGuireWoods Consulting LLC. Mr. Middleditch also serves as Of Counsel to McGuireWoods LLP in the Taxation and Employee Benefits Department of the firm's Charlottesville office. Mr. Middleditch has more than 50 years of experience advising colleges, universities and tax-exempt organizations. He has served as Legal Advisor and Special Counsel to the University of Virginia and on its Board of Visitors. Mr. Middleditch recently served on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association and as a Director of the United States Chamber of Commerce.
