Leigh Koehn concentrates her practice in corporate law, with an emphasis on wealth management. Leigh's experience in this area includes the preparation of wills, trust agreements and related documents required to implement estate plans. Representation of high-net-worth individuals in connection with asset-protection planning, including formation of trusts, implementation and administration of gifting programs, and titling of assets
Representation of high-net-worth individuals in the drafting and execution of antenuptial agreements
Administration of complex estates, including preparation of federal and state estate tax returns
Representation of high-net-worth clients in connection with international estate planning issues and administration of complex international estates
