She has 15 years of management experience, seven years as Director of Human Resources for Electroglas, Inc., a multinational provider of automated process management for semiconductor manufacturers. Leigh Ann has developed organizational development programs to increase internal effectiveness and improve client satisfaction, helped develop strategic business partnerships, has training in employment law, and in-depth experience in compensation design, employee training and development, and performance evaluation.
