Leigh Ann Gerlach joined Navicure in 2007. She is responsible for enhancing clients’ experiences by observing, listening and understanding customers, then taking action to improve Navicure’s services. Ms. Gerlach has 24 years of information technology experience, including 15 years specifically in healthcare EDI technology. She also brings retail, banking, lottery, and debt collection industry experience.
Ms. Gerlach has specialized in real-time processing solutions, consolidating legacy product platforms and developing provider portal products for such companies as Equifax, NDCHealth’s Provider Healthcare Transaction Group, MedAvant Healthcare Solutions and CareMedic Systems. Her product development leadership positions have included Technical Product Manager, Data Analytics Manager, New Development Manager, Technical Customer Service Manager, Business Analyst and Software Engineer.
Ms. Gerlach graduated from Berea College in Kentucky with a bachelor’s degree in business management and concentration in Economics. |
