Leigh Ann Ryan is a Vice President of Riverstone. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining Riverstone in 2001, Mrs. Ryan was with Simmons & Company International, a Houston, Texas-based privately held investment bank, specializing in advising companies across all sectors of the energy industry. While at Simmons & Company, Mrs. Ryan performed numerous quantitative and strategic analyses for private and public energy companies. Her assignments included public and private M&A transactions, private sales and equity market transactions. Prior to Simmons & Company, Mrs. Ryan was a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance and Business Development Groups of Pioneer Natural Resources and its predecessor, Mesa, Inc. At Pioneer, Mrs. Ryan's responsibilities included financial forecasting, capital raising, internal capital allocation and performance analysis of various acquisition targets and asset divestitures.
Mrs. Ryan serves on the boards of International Logging, Inc., Moreno Group Holdings, LLC and Phoenix Exploration Company. Mrs. Ryan received her B.A. and B.B.A. with honors from Southern Methodist University. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst. |
