Mr. Weaver joined NorthMarq Capital in September 2003 when NorthMarq acquired the mortgage banking division of Legg Mason Real Estate Services (LMRES) where he was employed since 1998. Mr. Weaver is currently Vice President in NorthMarq’s Tampa regional office. He is responsible for the origination and placement of commercial loans valued from $500,000 to $100 million with lending sources that include life insurance companies, pension funds and Wall Street firms. In addition, he is accountable for marketing, training, structuring, underwriting and loan presentation. Mr. Weaver has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate and commercial lending. Prior to joining LMRES, Mr. Weaver was the head of the Retail Valuation Group with Pardue, Heid, Church, Smith, and Waller, the State’s largest appraisal company. Mr. Weaver has a B.S. degree in Real Estate from the Florida State University. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and a licensed mortgage broker. His professional associations include the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, the International Counsel of Shopping Centers, the Real Estate Investment Council, and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America. Mr. Weaver is also involved in various civic and community organizations including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Ronald McDonald House, and Metropolitan Ministries. |
