Lee consults with multinational corporations in consumer goods, defense, financial services, health care, manufacturing, and not-for-profit. He was a corporate officer for seven years with subsidiaries of The Bisys Group and Fiserv Inc. before joining MLA in 2005. Prior to that, Lee was an accomplished labor & employment lawyer and partner with a major New Jersey law firm for 10 years. For six of those 10 years, Lee was the firm's hiring partner and mentored and trained approximately 20 lawyers. He has extensive litigation experience in complex, multi-party cases in federal and state court at both the trial and appellate levels. Given his varied experience, Lee brings a strategic focus to the search process, as well as a high energy level that has served his clients well. Representative clients include: American Standard Companies, MedImmune, Inc., Public Broadcasting Service, Textron Inc., and The Carlyle Group.
Lee received his bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland in College Park, his law degree from the University of Baltimore, and his masters of laws from Georgetown University Law Center. Lee played varsity baseball in college, and remains active in athletics. Lee, his wife and two teenage boys live in Central New Jersey. |
