In 2002, Lee joined the Parkway team as an investment analyst. In this role he focused on the identification and acquisition of assets for the company. He also spent time on the analysis and execution of joint ventures and dispositions. In 2004, Lee moved to Nashville and traded in his analyst duties for the opportunity to manage Parkway's asset in that market.
In his role as Vice President, Lee will initially be overseeing the development of Jackson Place. This will be a $50 million development located in the Central Business District of Jackson. This development will include the new Pinnacle at Jackson Place office building, along with the renovation of a large parking structure and the eventual addition of the Shops at Jackson Place and the Residences at Jackson Place.
In 1997, Lee graduated cum laude from Mississippi State University with a bachelor's degree in Professional Accountancy. Lee also earned his MBA from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College in 1998. Prior to joining Parkway, Lee spent five years in public accounting as an auditor working in various industries such as construction, insurance, real estate, timber, and non-profit.
Outside of his work at Parkway, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as numerous outdoor activities. |
