Lee Goss is responsible for translating Eons’ strategy into action, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the company, and directing product and service fulfillment, sales, marketing, business and corporate development and finance. Goss brings extensive experience leading companies through change and structuring business practices to achieve operational excellence to the Eons team. Prior to Eons, Goss was a co-investor and chief operating officer of the Boston-based Yankee Group. Before joining the Yankee Group, Goss directed multiple growth equity and buy-out investments for the Cambridge-based private equity firm, General Catalyst Partners. Goss joined General Catalyst from Terra Lycos, where he was responsible for digital marketing product and service offerings with annual sales in excess of $250 million as vice president of interactive marketing. Previously, he was vice president, strategic planning and M&A and led the merger integration for Terra’s acquisition of Lycos. He also led varying phases of post-merger integration on a combined total of 30 additional Terra and Lycos acquisitions. Before Lycos, Goss ascended to vice president, revenue management at American Airlines, where he managed pricing, capacity, inventory, premium products, alternative distribution channels and related technology investments in both American’s Passenger and Cargo Divisions. Goss earned a B.A. with honors in computer science from the University of Richmond and a MBA from Duke University. |
