Prior to joining Sterling Management Resources, Lee was a director with an accounting and finance consulting group providing solution-driven projects in internal audit, compliance and risk management services. Here he oversaw a number of client projects managing the overall engagement with day to day responsibilities which included ensuring the appropriate individual was staffed for each business process cycle, facilitating regular communication and meetings with his team of consultants and acting as a main liaison to the client. Lee has successfully delivered a number of Section 404 engagements for clients of all sizes. Serving at Director level within two multibillion-dollar global public companies, Lee led accounting and business finance practices in the south Florida region. His role was to focus his group of consultants in assisting financial leaders with solutions to complex financial issues frequently encountered in their accounting and finance departments. Lee established and developed a new accounting and finance solutions consulting group from the ground up in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. He twice took a new company brand name to market and generated and cultivated new business traction and name recognition by developing and maintaining an active network of senior accounting and financial professionals in the area s leading public and private companies. Promoting a solution-driven organization, he beat out the competition to win solution-driven projects in Sarbanes-Oxley and internal audit outsourcing and co-sourcing. As a results-based managing director and team leader, Lee has proven success in building and developing top-producing teams in diverse markets.
