Lee R. Sussman concentrates his practice in the area of commercial real estate. He represents owners and developers in the acquisition of retail, office and warehouse projects, and is responsible for negotiating and closing a wide variety of sale, acquisition and lease transactions.
Mr. Sussman also has extensive experience in negotiating and closing bulk dispositions of distressed and environmentally challenged real estate throughout the United States. Mr. Sussman also works with commercial landlords in negotiating office and retail leases and represents borrowers and lending institutions in acquisition and construction loans and refinancings involving residential and commercial real estate. |
