Mr. Priest joined BBTCM|WG in June of 2004. With over a decade of investment banking experience and greater than two decades of industry experience, Lee has advised on over 30 transactions with values in excess of $2.0 billion. This experience includes a wide range of transactions and advisory services, including lead managed initial public offerings, lead/sole managed follow-on offerings, fairness opinions, private placements, take-over defense, buy-side M&A and sell-side M&A for defense electronics, avionics, aerospace, government IT, transportation and communications clients. Prior to joining BBTCM|WG, he was with Friedman Billings Ramsey and Quarterdeck Investment Partners. Prior to his investment banking career, Lee was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Navy, serving as an Electronic Counter-Measures Officer and navigator onboard carrier based EA-6B aircraft. He also completed a tour as fleet liaison for PMA-248, the Tactical Training Ranges program office within the Naval Air Systems Command, assisting in the coordination of procurement requirements for electronic warfare training ranges. Lee has an MBA from the University of Maryland and earned his BS degree in aerospace engineering from the United States Naval Academy. |
