Lee joined the firm in 1997, after an extensive trial practice with a major litigation firm in Portland, and after a year managing litigation on the West Coast for UNUM Life Insurance Company of America. It was not enough for Lee to manage litigation; he wanted to be involved in a hands-on way. He is doing plenty of that at Marcus, Clegg & Mistretta. Lee is the firm's senior trial lawyer, and brings nearly twenty years of trial experience to the firm. At the firm, Lee has successfully handled a major contract dispute involving the construction of a state of the art computer processing chip plant in Maine, an antitrust claim brought against a regular client of the firm, significant personal injury and civil rights matters, and a host of other trial matters. The combination of Lee's trial experience and skills and the corporate and commercial expertise of other members of the firm makes our firm uniquely qualified for complex and high stakes commercial litigation. Lee is a 1985 graduate of California Western School of Law. |
