Lee is a partner in the real estate department and is co-chair of the real estate leasing practice group. He focuses his practice on real estate acquisition, development, and disposition. Lee has extensive experience in negotiating and preparing a wide variety of office, retail, and industrial leases.

Represented developer in leasing of 750,000 square foot retail shopping center in Raleigh, N.C.
Represented REIT in outparcel ground leases and outparcel sales at $1.4 million square foot mall project near Baltimore, M.D.
Represented client regarding real estate matters related to $42 million acquisition of existing residential home building operation in Charlotte, N.C.
Represented institutional lenders in $40 million construction/permanent loan to finance office building project in Washington, D.C.
