Lee Pearlman joined CarterBaldwin in 2006 and has been lead consultant on nearly forty successfully completed executive searches. Working with CarterBaldwin clients that vary in size from venture capitalized start-ups to the Fortune 100, Mr. Pearlman has completed search projects that range from Divisional Vice Presidents to Chief Executive Officers and Board Members. A partial list of client companies includes CheckFree Corp., EchoStar Communications, Unisource Worldwide, Comcast Communications, Vyyo Inc., Kelly Services, Dover Industries, Tacora Wireless, AAMCO Transmissions, and Tandberg Television among others. Prior to his current senior business development role, Mr. Pearlman was a recruiting consultant at CarterBaldwin, giving him a foundational perspective into every aspect of candidate identification, evaluation and assessment, as well as providing the intuitive acumen necessary to lead complex searches to a successful conclusion. Prior to joining CarterBaldwin, Mr. Pearlman was a regionally recognized entrepreneur, having owned and operated a small retail service chain. Before that, Mr. Pearlman served four years as National Sales/Marketing Manager for a national chemical and equipment manufacturing company. He began his career in the professional Fundraising industry having raised millions of dollars for religious, medical, and higher education nonprofits. As a political enthusiast and political activist, Mr. Pearlman regularly lends his fundraising expertise to several local non-profit organizations and is active in the Atlanta Jewish community. A graduate of Florida State University, Mr. Pearlman earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, with a Minor in English Literature. Lee and his wife, Jennifer, live in Dunwoody, Georgia with their 4 children. |
