Lee Shelton joined Kenyon & Kenyon in 2005 as an associate in the New York Office. Mr. Shelton is a patent litigator who focuses mostly on the pharmaceutical and chemical sciences.
Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Shelton worked at a New York intellectual property law firm where he obtained a broad experience in patent litigation, Hatch-Waxman litigation, interference practice and licensing. His responsibilities included the preparation of complaints, motions, responsive pleadings and other discovery related papers, the taking of depositions, the preparation of witnesses for deposition, and various other litigation related tasks. |
