As head of Francorp's Legal Department, Ms. Marino oversees 3 full time attorneys and 4 full time legal assistants. She is responsible for the researching and drafting of franchise documents, including franchise agreements and franchise disclosure documents, and all state registrations. Ms. Marino works closely with clients and their attorneys in providing many other legal consulting services as well, advising clients and their attorneys of their options for a range of business and legal issues. Formerly an Associate Attorney for Wigell & Associates, Ltd. in Matteson, Illinois, Ms. Marino's experience included criminal defense, drafting appellate briefs, assisting with corporate arbitration and overseeing firm projects. She earned her Juris Doctor Degree at the John Marshall Law School, and her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business at Mac Murray College in Jacksonville, IL. |
