Larry Rychlak brings to Avatech almost 30 years of financial management experience. In addition to his track record of improving financial performance, he is highly knowledgeable in the critical areas of accounting and finance, SEC and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, investor relations, capital development, and mergers and acquisitions.
Rychlak’s sound financial planning initiatives and his ability to build relationships with financial institutions on Avatech’s behalf aid the company’s growth initiatives.
Rychlak served as interim President and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2001 to May 2005 for Baltimore-based Environmental Elements Corporation. His background also includes several senior financial positions in both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, business consulting with a regional consulting firm, and eight years with an international accounting and consulting firm.
Rychlak is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.A. and a M.B.A. from Loyola College in Baltimore. |
