Larry Hutchison joined DoubleStar in 2000 as President, with primary operating responsibility for the firm's Technology Consulting operations. During his tenure, DoubleStar has leveraged the company's broad experience in Talent Acquisition, Business Intelligence, and Data Warehousing to develop, launch and successfully deliver Workforce Insight and Workforce Insight On-Demand for technology-based Talent Measurement.
In his current role as CEO, Hutchison is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction, while overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations. During his time as CEO, DoubleStar has experienced significant growth; has built partnerships with leading BI vendors, has added to an already impressive list of marquee clients across commercial, government and institutional sectors; and has continued to strengthen its market positions.
Prior to joining DoubleStar, Hutchison spent 20 years in the financial services industry, the last 10 years with SEI Investments in various executive capacities. As Senior Vice President of Liquidity Management Services at SEI Investments, he was responsible for growing a $20M division that developed, marketed and serviced technology-based asset management solutions for corporations and commercial banks. Hutchison holds a bachelors degree in Business Management from Susquehanna University and currently serves on the Executive Committee of the Advisory Board for Susquehanna's Sigmund Weis School of Business. |
