As Vice President Human Resources Operations & Total Compensation, Mr. Emerson oversees all aspects of compensation, benefits, disability management services, HRMS and HR Core Services.
He has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources with the last 16 years at Baystate Health.
Mr. Emerson earned his bachelor's degree in economics at Columbia University. He earned an MBA from Western New England College and has served on the adjunct faculty there for both graduate and undergraduate courses. Mr. Emerson also holds the designations of CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) from World at Work. |
