Lawrence E. Boes, Esq., is Vice President, Senior Counsel and NYC Branch Manager for Stewart Title Insurance Company whose main focus is all types of Commercial and Residential Underwriting matters. Larry has been a senior attorney for Stewart Title and counsel for Title Associates, Inc., a division of Stewart Title Insurance Company specializing in underwriting of all types of real estate transactions. As well, Larry was an associate in the real estate departments of a couple major law firms in NYC, Thacher Proffitt & Wood and Sidley Austin Brown & Wood, practicing in all phases of commercial real estate law including purchase and sales, financing and leasing. Larry graduated with a B.A. from Hamilton College, a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, and is admitted to the Bar of New York and is a Member of the New York State and City of New York Bar Associations.
