Lawrence Bassuk Professional Experience Larry Bassuk is a member of Becker & Poliakoff's statewide Litigation Group. Mr. Bassuk focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, including trademark infringement, securities regulations and class action suits. While attending law school, Mr. Bassuk was a law clerk with the Firm's Ft. Lauderdale and Miami offices, supporting attorneys in the Litigation and Government Practice Groups. While clerking, he assisted in the representation of clients before governmental bodies as well as in judicial proceedings. Mr. Bassuk also clerked for a well-known boutique litigation firm in Miami , gaining experience in ERISA and insurance law. Mr. Bassuk is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. |
